1 THIRD AMENDMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF CUPERTINO AND ALESHIRE & WYNDER, LLP
FOR CITY ATTORNEY SERVICES
This Third Amendment between the City of Cupertino, a municipal corporation (hereinafter "City") and ALESHIRE & WYNDER, a Limited Liability Partnership (“Firm”), whose address is 1970 Broadway #920, Oakland, CA 94612, is made with reference to the following:
RECITALS:
A. On February 23, 2025, the City and Firm entered into an Agreement for City Attorney services (“Agreement”);
B. On February 24, 2026, the City and Firm entered into a First Amendment to the Agreement;
C. On April 24, 2026, the City and Firm entered into a Second Amendment to the Agreement;
D. City and Firm desire to modify the Agreement on the terms and conditions set forth herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is mutually agreed by and between the undersigned parties as follows:
1. The term set forth in Paragraph 1 of the Agreement shall be extended to October 31, 2026.
Except as expressly modified herein, all other terms and covenants set forth in the Agreement are reinstated and shall be in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this modification of Agreement to be executed.
