Dear City Council Members,
I was unable to access my city email for two days because my computer was down and city email access was limited to my laptop. As a result, I missed the meeting notification and, unfortunately, was unable to attend. I respectfully request your understanding and ask to continue serving as Library Commissioner for the remainder of my term. I assure you I will be more attentive in regularly checking my city emails to prevent any future issues.
