A Message from the City Manager
Dear Neighbors,
I hope you had a restful summer and have had opportunities to enjoy time with family, friends, and neighbors. It has been a busy summer in Cupertino bringing residents of all ages together for community events and activities.

As we look toward fall, the City continues to move forward on important priorities, including work to maintain existing law enforcement levels and negotiations on the Sheriff’s Office contract. The City is also preparing for the Cupertino Community Service Awards, which will recognize outstanding members of the community and their service.

In this edition, you’ll find information on the CREST Awards winners, as well as highlights from community events including National Night Out, the India Independence Day Flag Raising, and the Bell Ringing for Peace ceremony. You’ll also find information about upcoming fall recreation activities, and other opportunities to get involved and stay active.

I hope you enjoy the final days of summer and the start of the fall season. Thank you, as always, for staying engaged and connected with your community as we continue working together for Cupertino.
