Although Council Members/Commissioners may provide brief responses, the City Council/Commission may not engage in a discussion with members of the public during the meeting. Please complete a Speaker's Card to address the City Council/Commission in-person. Please follow the instructions at the end of the agenda and wait for the Mayor/City Clerk to call on you to address the City Council/Commission virtually. All matters listed on the Consent Calendar are to be approved with one motion unless a Council Member or Commissioner requests separate action on a specific item. Council Members or Commissioners voting no or abstaining on a Consent Calendar item may do so without removing the item from the Consent Calendar.

The next City Council meeting will be an adjourned Regular Meeting, to be held on Monday, September 9, 2024, beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers.

The City Council does not endorse the content of the invocation and does not endorse the invocational speaker's particular faith, belief and/or religious denomination. The City Council has an established neutral policy for selecting and scheduling invocational speakers. The City Council's policy on invocations is available from the City Clerk.
