Members of the public are encouraged to communicate with the City Council via email at [email protected] or by calling (714) 229-6699 by Wednesday, November 26 at 4:30 p.m. City Hall will be closed on Thursday, November 27 and Friday, November 28 for the Thanksgiving holiday. Voicemail messages received after Wednesday, November 26, at 4:30 p.m. may not be received prior to the meeting.

Recommendation: Conduct selection interviews for the vacant City Council seat.
ADJOURNMENT
The next meeting will be an adjourned Regular Meeting, to be held on Monday, December 8, 2025, beginning at 5:30 p.m. in the Executive Board Room.
Council Members and members of the public should promptly exit the meeting room following adjournment.
