A. Conference with Legal Counsel – Significant exposure to litigation pursuant to paragraph (2) of subdivision (d) of Section 54956.9.
Government Code section 54956.9, subdivision (d)(2) and subdivision (d)(3)) allows for a closed session to consult with legal counsel when there are "existing facts and circumstances" that might result in litigation. Legal counsel has sufficient facts and circumstances which may lead to litigation warranting closed section under this section.
