1. CALL TO ORDER
The special Joint Study Session of the Danville Town Council and Heritage Resource Commission was called to order by Mayor Arnerich at 4:00 p.m. The meeting was conducted by teleconference only.

3. STUDY SESSION
3.1 Town Council Updates
Town Council updates were given by Mayor Arnerich and Joseph Calabrigo, Town Manager.
3.2 Commission Updates
Heritage Resource Commission updates were given by Vice-Chair Benvenuto.
3.3 2023-31 Housing Element Update
A presentation was given by David Crompton, Chief of Planning, Diane Friedmann, Deputy Town Manager and Cat Bravo, Administrative Analyst on the second phase of workshops, Housing 201: Community Engagement and Housing Site Suggestion Map.
3.4 Questions and Answers
Questions from Town Council and Heritage Resource Commissioners were answered.

7. REPORTS AND COMMUNICATIONS
7.1 Progress report from the Commission’s historic Survey Subcommittee (M.
Ammann, M. Graham, L.Halverson)
Commissioner Halverson reported that they will have a better report on the Pocketsights app at the next meeting.
David Crompton, Chief of Planning requested commissioners submit a list of all the issues encountered with the Pocketsights app to see if they can be addressed.
7.2 Progress report from the Commission’s Outreach/Education Subcommittee (K. Benvenuto, K. Holmes, J. Powers, J. Warren) Commissioner Warren reported he is having trouble getting information on the Fazzio/Fisher house.
7.3 Commissioner and Staff Reports
Chair Graham let the Commission know he will not be at the meetings in April.
