The regular meeting of the Danville Town Council Finance Committee was called to order at 4:30 p.m. at the Town Meeting Hall, 201 Front Street, Danville, CA.

3.1 Consider authorizing execution of a contract with Brightview Landscape Services, Inc. for dog park grass replacement.
MOTION BY COUNCIL MEMBER ARNERICH, SECOND BY VICE MAYOR
STEPPER, TO APPROVE THE TOWN MANAGER TO AN EXECUTION OF
A CONTRACT WITH BRIGHTVIEW LANDSCAPE SERVICES, INC FOR
DOG PARK GRASS REPLACEMENT.
MOTION CARRIED 2-0
3.2 Consider authorizing a contract amendment and increase contract amount with Debbie Wardrope for Recreation Services.
MOTION BY COUNCIL MEMBER ARNERICH, SECOND BY VICE MAYOR
STEPPER, TO APPROVE THE TOWN MANAGER TO AN EXECUTION OF
A CONTRACT AMENDMENT AND INCREASE CONTRACT AMOUNT
FOR DEBBIE WARDROPE FOR RECREATION SERVICES.
