Supplemental correspondence was received from Mike Vila.
Mike Vila, MVP Construction, expressed concern regarding the bid process and requested that the Town Council not award the contract based on the information he provided.

The majority of the Town Council expressed concern regarding the bids received, requested that the bids be rejected, and suggested future discussion at a study session.
Mayor Stepper stated that she is not in favor of rejecting the bids, citing unfounded accusations by the unsuccessful bidder and that awarding the contract is time sensitive due to the funding source.
