3.1 Authorize execution of the recommended use of preliminary FY 2023-24 year end available General Fund Balance.

FONG, TO AUTHORIZE THE TOWN MANAGER RECOMMENDED USE OF
PRELIMINARY FY 2023-24 YEAR END AVAILABLE GENERAL FUND
BALANCE.
