The regular meeting of the Danville Town Council Finance Committee was called to order at 11:20 a.m. at the Town Meeting Hall, 201 Front Street, Danville, CA.

3.1 Authorize the Execution of a Contract with Nazanin Shakerin for Transportation Consulting Services.
MOTION BY COUNCIL MEMBER BELOTZ, SECOND BY COUNCIL MEMBER
STEPPER, TO AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT WITH NAZANIN SHAKERIN FOR TRANSPORTATION CONSULTING SERVICES.
MOTION CARRIED 2-0
3.2 Authorize the Execution of contracts with Zina Kassab, Megan Ramirez, Jeff Seaberg, Studio 8, and Debbie Wardrope for Recreation Services.
MOTION BY COUNCIL MEMBER BELOTZ, SECOND BY COUNCIL MEMBER
STEPPER, TO AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION OF CONTRACTS WITH ZINA KASSAB, MEGAN RAMIREZ, JEFF SEABERG, STUDIO 8, AND DEBBIE WARDROPE FOR RECREATION SERVICES.
