PROCLAMATION
10 YEAR OLD DANVILLE ALL STAR LITTLE LEAGUE
2026 NORTHERN CALIFORNIA STATE CHAMPIONS
WHEREAS, the Danville Town Council is proud to recognize and honor the Danville 8/10-Year-Old All Star Little League Team for its extraordinary achievement in winning the 2026 Northern California State Championship; and WHEREAS, through exceptional teamwork, determination, sportsmanship, and countless hours of practice, these young athletes completed an outstanding All Star season and proudly represented the Danville community; and WHEREAS, this remarkable team of 12 players earned the titles of District Champions, Section Champions, Division Champions, and ultimately Northern California State Champions for their age group; and WHEREAS, the Danville 8/10-Year-Old All Star Team distinguished itself by finishing first among approximately 250 All Star teams throughout Northern California, an accomplishment that reflects the talent, perseverance, and dedication of every player and coach; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, that the Danville Town Council hereby congratulates the 2026 Danville 8/10-Year-Old All Star Little League Team and commends these outstanding young athletes for their hard work, teamwork, sportsmanship, and championship achievement:

be it further RESOLVED, that the Danville Town Council and the citizens of Danville join in recognizing and congratulating Manager Nathan King, Coach Doug Thompson, Coach Jake Billingsley, Team Assistant Luke Vaccaro, and the players' families and dedicated parent supporters whose encouragement and commitment helped make this championship season possible.
