SUBJECT: July 2026 Month End Treasurer’ s Report
BACKGROUND
The California Government Code and the Town of Danville’ s Investment Policy require that a report specifying the investment activity during the month, as well as the month-end investment balances, be prepared and presented to the Town Council on a monthly basis.

Purchases for the month of July 2026 consisted of one Amazon.com for $1,284,640 maturity date July 9, 2029), Toyota Motor Credit for $324,548 (maturity date July 9, 2029), and one U.S. treasury for $1,465,547 (maturity date December 31, 2030).
There were no purchases for the NERIAD Fund for the month of July 2026.
Maturities for the month of July 2026 included one Amazon. com for $954,920, one Federal Farm Credit Banks Funding Corp. for $1,749,180, and one Bank of America for $1,000,000.
Partial maturities (principal paid down) for the month of July 2026 included one Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp K-063 A2 for $2,411, one Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation K-074 A2 for $1,932, one Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation K-066 July 2026 Treasurer’ s Report 2 September 15, 2026
A2 for $1,642, one Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation K-069 A2 for $2,067, one Toyota Auto Receivables Trust 2023-D A3 for $12,098, one BMW Vehicle Owner Trust 2023-A A3 for $6,068, one BMW Vehicle Owner Trust 2024-A A3 for $21,773, and one BMW Vehicle Owner Trust 2025-A A3 for $4,559.
There were no maturities for NERIAD Fund for the month of July 2026.
The Town’ s net cash position changed from $29,088,525 to $27,337,514 during the month of July 2026. This consisted of operating expenses in excess of operating revenues of 3,058,316 net funds invested of -$681,915 premium/ discount recognition of $33,394 and interest received of $591,996.
Cash requirements have been projected for the next 12 months, and the Town is in a position to meet its cash requirements.
All investments that the Town owns are in compliance with the California Government Code and the Town’ s Investment Policy.
