The special meeting of the Danville Town Council Finance Committee was called to order at 8:15 a.m. at the Danville Town Offices, 500 La Gonda Way, Danville, CA.

3.1 Consider authorizing the execution of retirement plan consulting services agreement with Global Retirement Partners, LLC (DBA Shuster Advisory Group).
MOTION BY MAYOR ARNERICH, SECOND BY COUNCIL MEMBER BELOTZ, TO
AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION OF RETIREMENT PLAN CONSULTING SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH GLOBAL RETIREMENT PARTNERS, LLC (DBA SHUSTER ADVISORY GROUP).

3.2 Consider approving the recommended use of preliminary FY 2025-26 year end available General Fund Balance.
MOTION BY MAYOR ARNERICH, SECOND BY COUNCIL MEMBER BELOTZ, TO
AUTHORIZE THE APPROVAL OF THE RECOMMENDED USE OF PRELIMINARY FY 2025-26 YEAR END AVAILABLE GENERAL FUND BALANCE.
