Special Meeting of March 5, 2024
The City Council of the City of Davis met in special meeting session beginning at 5:00 p.m. in the Community Chambers Conference Room , 23 Russell Boulevard, Davis, California. The meeting was called to order by Mayor Chapman.
Roll Call: Councilmembers Present: Will Arnold, Donna Neville, Gloria Partida, Bapu Vaitla, Josh Chapman
Councilmembers Absent: None

Session
City Council convened a closed session pursuant to Government Code §54954.5 to discuss the following:
A. Conference with Legal Counsel.
1. Existing Litigation: Krovoza et al. v. City of Davis et al., 3rd Appellate District Court Case No. C100103
2. Anticipated Litigation: Initiation of litigation pursuant to paragraph (4) of subdivision (d) of Section 54956.9 (1 case)
B. Threat to Public Services or Facilities. Consultation with City of Davis Police Chief and Deputy Chief.
There was no reportable action.
