Housing Draft
5-Year Strate-
gic Plan
Yolo County Housing (YCH) Executive Director Ian Evans: Overview of on Yolo County Housing’s Draft 5-Year Strategic Plan. Summarized pro- grams, services, and affordable housing/county partnerships. Upcoming opportunities for Davis: potential homeownership opportunities with Per- manent Local Housing Allocation (PLHA) grant funding, workforce hous- ing models, and potential partnership for Urban Capital Leonardo South Davis project.

Public comment:
• Connor Gorman: Government bodies should strive to provide social housing, accessible for different needs and demographics, and at dif- ferent levels of affordability. Support voucher system.
