Special Meeting of August 5, 2025
The City Council of the City of Davis met in special meeting session beginning at 12:45 p.m. in the Community Chambers Conference Room , 23 Russell Boulevard, Davis, California and via teleconference at General Punta del hidalgo 272 , San Cristóbal de la laguna, CP 38240, Santa Cruz de Tenerife , Spain. The meeting was called to order by Vice Mayor Donna Neville.
Roll Call: Councilmembers Present: Josh Chapman, Linda Deos, Donna Neville, Gloria Partida, Bapu Vaitla (via teleconference)
Councilmembers Absent: None
Other Officers Present: Interim City Manager Kelly Stachowicz , City Attorney Inder Khalsa

By consensus, City Council approved the agenda.

City Council convened a closed session pursuant to Government Code §54954.5 to discuss the following: Public Employment . Title: City Manager.
By consensus, City Council directed staff to agendize a contract for City Manager appointment for the next regular City Council Meeting Agenda.
