MINUTES OF THE DAVIS CITY COUNCIL
Special Meeting of February 17, 2026
The City Council of the City of Davis met in special meeting session beginning at 5:30 p.m. in the Community Chambers Conference Room , 23 Russell Boulevard, Davis, California. The meeting was called to order by Mayor Donna Neville.
Councilmembers Present: Josh Chapman, Linda Deos, Gloria Partida, Bapu Vaitla, Donna Neville
Councilmembers Absent: None
Other Officers Present: City Manager Daryel Dunston, City Attorney Inder Khalsa
1. Approval of Agenda. By consensus, City Council approved the agenda.
2. Public Comments. None.
3. Closed Session . City Council convened a closed session pursuant to Government Code §54954.5 to discuss the following:
A. Threat to Public Services or Facilities. Consultation with City of Davis Police Chief Todd Henry.
B. Liability Claim. Claimant: Sevgi Leno. Agency claimed against: City of Davis
There was no reportable action.
4. Adjournment. Meeting adjourned at 6:35 p.m.
