Mayor Worden called the meeting to order at 4:30 p.m.

A) Conference with Legal Counsel – Existing Litigation
North County Transit District (NCTD) – Verified Petition for Declaratory Order Surface Transportation Board Finance Docket No. 36433
Authority: Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1)
Reportable Action: None. However, the City Attorney did report out that the City would be timely responding to North County Transit Districts’ (NCTD) recent update to the Surface Transportation Board in coordination with the California Coastal Commission (CCC).
B) Conference with Legal Counsel - Significant Exposure to Litigation Number of Cases: One
Description: Liabilities related to fencing at/near NCTD rails Authority: Government Code Section 54956.9(b)
