Mayor Worden called the meeting to order at 2:30 p.m.

North County Transit District (NCTD)– Verified Petition for Declaratory Order Surface Transportation Board Finance Docket No. 36433

B) Conference with Legal Counsel - Significant Exposure to Litigation Number of Cases: Three
Description: 1) Liabilities related to fencing at/near NCTD rails; 2) Liability related to an alleged sewage spill and resulting threat of litigation; and 3) Liability related to the Coastal Connections Study and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
