Mayor Worden called the meeting to order at 2:30 p.m.

The Council adjourned the Closed Session special meeting to join the regularly scheduled open session meeting at 4:27 p.m. The Council reconvened the Closed Session special meeting at 7:35 p.m. to discuss Item C. Mayor Worden adjourned the meeting at 8:01 p.m.
