Mayor Worden called the meeting to order at 2:30 P.M.

Description:1) Liabilities related to Short Term Rental code enforcement; and 2) Liabilities related to the San Dieguito Drive and Oribia Road Combination Pressure Relief and Pressure Reducing Station

Reportable Action: None. Councilmember Druker recused from a portion of the discussion related to item A1 due to living within 500 feet of the subject matter of that discussion.
