Dear City Council,
I see on the agenda for the Special Meeting on Monday, Dec 5, that you are having to prepare for legal actions in regards to the outcome of the Defto´s TSVS application to have their view restored that their neighbor White illegally have removed by letting their trees grow too tall for its location. I just wanted to back you up, and express my sadness that - what I am guessing is the owners of the trees, are going this far. A sad day for our town indeed.
Thank you for all that you do, dear Council members, and for staying true to what is right and sticking to the rules we have implemented. They are not just a choice Del Mar citizens take treat as "take it or leave it". They are rules and they are for everyone to follow.
