Mayor Martinez called the meeting to order at 2:45 P.M.

A) Conference with Legal Counsel - Existing Litigation
The Winston School of San Diego, Inc. v. City of Del Mar San Diego Superior Court Case No. 37-2021-00042977-CU-CO-CTL Authority: Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1)
Reportable Action: Councilmember Druker was recused from participating in this agenda item due to living within 500 feet of the subject matter of the discussion. The City will be entering into mediation with Winston School on January 20, 2023.
B) Conference with Legal Counsel - Significant Exposure to Litigation Number of Cases: One
