Mayor Martinez called the meeting to order at 3:30 P.M.

B) Conference with Legal Counsel - Existing Litigation
The Winston School of San Diego, Inc. v. City of Del Mar San Diego Superior Court Case No. 37-2021-00042977-CU-CO-CTL Authority: Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1)
Reportable Action: None. Councilmember Druker was recused from this item due to living within 500 feet of the subject matter of that discussion.
