Mayor Martinez called the meeting to order at 3:15 P.M.

B) Conference with Legal Counsel - Significant Exposure to Litigation Number of Cases: Two
Description: Potential liabilities related to 1) An active code enforcement case at 404 Torrey Point Road; and 2) Proposed affordable development on Del Mar North Bluff.
