Mayor Martinez called the meeting to order at 3:15 P.M.

Present: Mayor Tracy Martinez and Councilmembers Dave Druker, Terry Gaasterland and Dwight Worden. Deputy Mayor Dan Quirk participated in the meeting remotely.
