CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Martinez called the meeting to order at 2:30 P.M.

Present: Mayor Tracy Martinez; and Councilmembers Dave Druker, Terry Gaasterland and Dwight Worden. Deputy Mayor Quirk arrived shortly after the start of the meeting at 2:46 p.m.
