Mayor Martinez called the meeting to order at 2:45 P.M.

Absent: Deputy Mayor Dan Quirk

A. Conference with Legal Counsel - Significant Exposure to Litigation Number of Cases: Two
Description: 1) Implementation of Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) ordinance; and 2) Potential exposure related to Councilmember communication Authority: Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(2)
Reportable Action: None. Mayor Martinez and Deputy Mayor Dan Quirk were recused from Item A2 due to living within 500 feet of the subject matter of the discussion.
