II. PUBLIC COMMUNICATIONS
Public comment is restricted to only items listed on the Special Meeting Agenda.
Members of the public can participate in the meeting by submitting a written red dot comment via email to [email protected]. The subject line of your email should clearly state the item number you would like to comment on. The deadline to submit written comments is April 21, 2024. Any member of the public wishing to address the City Council on an item listed on the agenda will have an opportunity to present testimony to the City Council. Comments from the public will be limited to three (3) minutes.
III. CITY COUNCIL BUSINESS
The City Council will hold a team building retreat to discuss effective collaboration and governance roles and best practices to reach City goals while maintaining effective partnership with outside agencies. Full details for the workshop are included in Attachment A.
