CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Gaasterland called the meeting to order at 4:20 P.M., opened and closed the public comment period, and continued the meeting to resume following the open City Council meeting. The meeting resumed at approximately 5:50 P.M.

Present: Mayor Gaasterland; Deputy Mayor Tracy Martinez; Councilmembers Dan Quirk and John Spelich
CLOSED SESSION
A) Conference with Legal Counsel - Significant Exposure to Litigation Number of Cases: Two
Description: 1) San Dieguito Drive Assessment District; and 2) Misinformation distributed publicly by Councilmember Dan Quirk related to prior City Council investigation pertaining to him
Authority: Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(2)
Reportable Action: None. Councilmember Dan Quirk was recused from participating in the discussion for Item A2.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Gaasterland adjourned the meeting at 7:45 P.M.
