CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Martinez called the meeting to order at 2:30 p.m.
ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor Tracy Martinez; Deputy Mayor John Spelich; and Councilmember Terry Gaasterland
Absent: Councilmember Dan Quirk
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Mayor Martinez led the Pledge of Allegiance.
CITY COUNCIL BUSINESS
ITEM 1: CONSIDERATION OF INVESTIGATIVE REFERRAL CONCERNING ELECTED AND APPOINTED OFFICIALS (CLERK’S FILE NO. 401-1, 1201-3) A presentation was provided by City Attorney Christina Cameron.
Mayor Martinez opened the item to public comment and the following individuals spoke:

Mayor Martinez closed the item to public comment.
IT WAS MOVED BY DEPUTY MAYOR SPELICH AND SECONDED BY MAYOR MARTINEZ TO APPROVE THE CITY ATTORNEY’S RECOMMENDED ACTION (VOTE 3-0-1 WITH
COUNCILMEMBER QUIRK ABSENT)

0; Absent: Councilmember Dan Quirk; Abstain: 0.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Martinez adjourned the meeting at 2:40 p.m.
