CITY OF DEL REY OAKS HOUSING ELEMENT WORKSHOP
TO ALL INTERESTED MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC:
The City of Del Rey Oaks has scheduled a public workshop on the City’s Housing Element Update. At this meeting, the Planning Commission and City Council will receive a presentation on the City’s Housing Element Update to address requirements of State Housing Element law and the Regional Housing Needs Assessment (RHNA). The Housing Element Update identifies available land use inventory, and housing policies and programs with the goal to meet housing needs for all economic segments of the community. The presentation will provide an overview of work completed on the 5th and the 6th Cycle Housing Element Updates. The presentation will identify next steps and timing for the Update and will focus on the actions needed to complete the programs related to rezoning to meet state requirements.
The Planning Commission and City Council workshop will be held on:
September 19, 2023, at 6:00 PM at Charlie Benson Memorial Hall, 650 Canyon Del Rey Road, Del Rey Oaks
