By: Roman Dowling, PE, Public Works Director/City Engineer SUBJECT: Accepting a Public Utilities Easement from DMP2, Limited Partnership, for installation utilitiesfor the benefit of the future Target, and authorizing the City Manager to sign the Certificate of Acceptance and ordering the recordation of the same.
Recommendation
Accept the Public Utilities Easement from DMP2, Limited Partnership, and authorize the City Manager to sign the Certificate of Acceptance and order the recordation of the same.
Discussion
The subject easement was originally accepted through Parcel Map 12093 recorded on October 31, 2017. As development of the parcels have progressed, a modification to a portion of the easement is requested to better fit the placement of the future Target building.
