CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Alindajao called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1015 – 11th Avenue.

Mayor Alindajao led the flag salute.

SPECIAL AGENDA ITEM
1. Accepting a Public Utilities Easement from DMP2, Limited Partnership, for installation utilities for the benefit of the future Target and authorizing the City Manager to sign the Certificate of Acceptance and ordering the recordation of the same.
Motion was made by: Solorio-Ruiz to approve.
