CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Morris called the meeting to order at 5:15 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1015 – 11th Avenue.

Council Member Alindajao led the flag salute.

SPECIAL AGENDA ITEMS
1. Award of contract for the Asbestos Abatement at 1222 Glenwood Street in the amount of $44,000.00 to ASI Inc. and authorize the City Manager, or her designee, to approve additional cumulative change orders up to 10% of the original contract amount (Agreement No. 2025-55) Staff report provided by City Attorney Hensley.

ADJOURNMENT
