CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Solorio-Ruiz called the meeting to order at 5:15 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1015 – 11th Avenue.

SPECIAL AGENDA ITEM(S)
1) Authorization to purchase two vehicles from Delano Chevrolet GMC and mobile radios from Motorola Solutions to support CalVIP Cohort 4 Crime Prevention program operations, utilizing CalVIP Cohort 4 Match Funds in a total amount not to exceed $111,548.14 2) Authorization to purchase a community outreach van from Quality Vans & Specialty Vehicles and a mobile radio from Motorola Solutions to support CalVIP Cohort 4 Crime Prevention program operations, utilizing CalVIP Cohort 4 Match Funds in a total amount not to exceed $131,828.02
3) Approval of payment of Southern California Edison invoice for $128,197.15 for undergrounding and relocating the overhead power lines associated with the County Line Road and High Street Traffic Control Signal project and authorize the City Manager or her designee to sign any documents needed to complete this work Motion was made approved items 1-3 by: Solorio-Ruiz/Alindajao/Morris /Osorio; 2nd by: Solorio-Ruiz/Alindajao/Morris /Osorio

ADJOURNMENT
Moved by Alindajao seconded by Morris and unanimously carried 3-0 to adjourn the closed session meeting at 5:17 pm.
