RECOMMENDATION:
Approve the November 2022 Treasurer’s Statement.

BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
Consistent with City policy, the Finance Department presents the monthly Treasurer’s Statement to the City Council for review and approval. This statement shows the cash balances with a breakdown of various investment accounts and the yield to maturity from investments. This statement also includes an investment portfolio management report which details the activities of investments. All investments have been made in accordance with the City’s Investment Policy.
