RECOMMENDATION:
Ratify the Check Register.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
Expenditure of $867,500.72.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
The City has established the policy of issuing accounts payable checks on a weekly basis with City Council ratification at the next scheduled City Council Meeting.
The attached check register containing checks dated November 29, 2023 through December 12, 2023 totaling $867,500.72 is being presented for ratification. All payments have been made in compliance with the City’s purchasing policies and procedures, and have been reviewed and approved by the appropriate departmental staff. The attached Affidavit affirms that the check register has been audited and deemed accurate by the Finance Director.
