Resolution No. 2023-37 Authorizing the submittal of a Financial Assistance Application for the Planning and Design of Sewer Collection and Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements to the State Water Resources Control Board (GA)
RECOMMENDATION
Council adopt Resolution No. 2023-37 authorizing the City Manager or Public Works Director to submit a financial assistance application to the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) for the planning and design of sanitary sewer collection system and wastewater treatment plant improvements.
4.2. SUBJECT
Approval of City Council Meeting Minutes (MA)
RECOMMENDATION
Council to review and approve the City Council meeting of June 27, 2023 as presented.
4.3. SUBJECT
Resolution No. 2023-38 Industrial Disability Retirement of Jason Kent (MA)
RECOMMENDATION
Council to adopt Resolution No. 2023-38 allowing Jason Kent to be placed on industrial disability retirement.
4.4. SUBJECT
Request for Excused Absence Vice Mayor Rachel Nerio-Guerrero (MA)
RECOMMENDATION
Council to excuse the absence of Vice Mayor Rachel Nerio-Guerrero from the City Council meeting of June 27, 2023.

RECOMMENDATION
Council to review and approve the Warrant Register as presented.

Approval of Real Property Purchase and Sale Agreement between the City of Dinuba and MB Developers, LLC (DJ)
RECOMMENDATION
Council to approve a Real Property Purchase and Sale Agreement for one (1) acre of commercial property (APN: 017-280-020) between the City of Dinuba and MB Developers, LLC for the development of a Chipotle Mexican Gill.
