The Regular Meeting of the Dixon City Council was called to order at 7:03 p.m. by Mayor Bird.
Mayor Bird stated that Closed Session would be moved to the end of the Regular Meeting of the Dixon City Council.
Douglas L. White, City Attorney, stated that staff requested to move Closed Session to the end of the meeting and to continue the Regular Meeting of the Dixon City Council after the end of the Special Meeting of the Dixon City Council and Water Rate Advisory Ad Hoc Committee.
A motion was made by Councilmember Ernest seconded by Councilmember Hendershot, to move Closed Session to the end of the meeting and to continue the Regular Meeting of the Dixon City Council after the end of the Special Meeting of the Dixon City Council and Water Rate Advisory Ad Hoc Committee.
