The Special Meeting of the Dixon City Council was called to order at 6:01 p.m. by Mayor Bird.

6. Recommendations From the Water Rate Advisory Ad Hoc Committee Council will be asked to:
1. Provide direction to staff on the water rate schedule for August 2024- August 2028, to make any desired changes or refinements as staff moves forward with the preparation of the Proposition 218 Notice.
2. By minute action, set the July 16, 2024 City Council meeting as the time and place for a public hearing regarding the water rate schedule for August 2024 - August 2028.
