The Special Meeting of the Dixon City Council was called to order at 8:00 p.m. by Mayor Bird.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Councilmember Ernest.

Absent: None.

Lupe Ruiz, Administrative City Clerk, stated that pursuant to Government Code section 54953, subdivision (f)(2)(A)(ii), Councilmember Bogue was participating remotely due to emergency circumstances that prevented him from attending in person.
Councilmember Bogue confirmed the circumstances and that no other individuals were present.

Mayor Bird asked for Council comments on Councilmember Bogue's request to appear remotely based on his emergency circumstances. There were no Council comments.
Mayor Bird asked for public comment on Councilmember Bogue's request to appear remotely. There was no public comment.
A motion was made by Councilmember Ernest, seconded by Vice Mayor Johnson, authorizing and allowing Councilmember Bogue to participate remotely.
