1. Approval of Agenda: Mr. Baldwin made a motion to approve the Agenda. Mrs. Wallace seconded.
Motion was passed unanimously.

Third Amendment to Consulting and Professional Service Contract for Independent Engineer Services Contractor: Mr. Baldwin made a motion to approve Third Amendment to Consulting and Professional Service Contract for Independent Engineer Services Contractor. Mr. Craddock seconded. Motion was passed unanimously.
