DORRIS CITY COUNCIL MINUTES
REGULAR MEETING AT CITY HALL
TUESDAY FEBRUARY 22, 2022 AT 6:00pm
Call to Order: by Mike Craddock
Flag Salute: by Mike Craddock
Roll Call: Rob Baldwin, Dawn Wallace, Mike Craddock and Barbara Murray after she was sworn in Business of the Audience: None
1. Approval of Agenda: Mr. Baldwin made a motion to exclude item 5 and approve the Agenda. Mrs.
Wallace seconded. Motion was passed unanimously.
2. Oath of Office: New Council Member Barbara Murray: Barbara Murray was sworn in to new City Council Member by City Clerk Betty Sammis
3 .Sheriff Report: Gary Pannell came in and spoke. Jacobson will be here in the Valley.
4. Fire Report: Vito Andreatta was present for the Dorris Fire Dept.
5. Butte Valley Chamber of Commerce requesting assistance with sign for the South Entrance :(discussion/action)
6. Spring Spruce Up: May 21 or May28: try to set up for May 21st. 7 .Admin & Staff- Council Reports:
a. CDBG housing: started foreclosure on 3 homes 4 next week b. Public Works: Joe Leonard was present and went over the sewer problem, and chlorinator.

Consent Agenda - Mrs. Wallace made a motion to combine A&B and approve. Mr. Baldwin seconded. Motion was passed unanimously.
