REGULAR MEETING AT CITY HALL
MONDAY MARCH 7, 2022 AT 6:00pm

Business of the Audience: Gary Salamone asked that the Fire Dept. be issued a commendation from the City Council/ .
1. Approval of Agenda: Mrs. Wallace made a motion to approve the Agenda. Mr. Baldwin seconded.
Motion was passed unanimously.
2.Resolution 22-08: A Resolution Of The City Of Dorris City Council Accepting The 2021 General Plan Annual Progress Report And Approving The Transmittal Of The Report To The Governor’s Office Of Planning And Research And The California Department Of Housing And Community Development:Mrs.Wallace made a motion to approve Resolution 22-08: A Resolution Of The City Of Dorris City Council Accepting The 2021 General Plan Annual Progress Report And Approving The Transmittal Of The Report To The Governor’s Office Of Planning And Research And The California Department Of Housing And Community Development. Mr. Baldwin seconded. Motion was passed unanimously.
3.Resolution 22-09: Resolution Of The City Council Of The City Of Dorris Establishing A Written Policy For Water Shut For Non-Payment Of Residential Water Service: Mr. Baldwin made a motion to table until next Council meeting March 21, 2022. Mrs. Wallace seconded. Motion was passed unanimously.
4.Resolution No. 22-10: Resolution Of The City Council Of The City Of Dorris Authorizing The City Administrator To Accept Real Property (Gov. Code § 27281): Mrs. Wallace made a motion to approve Resolution No. 22-10: Resolution Of The City Council Of The City Of Dorris Authorizing The City Administrator To Accept Real Property (Gov. Code § 27281): for one year and than come back. Mr. Baldwin seconded. Motion was passed unanimously.
5.A Closed Session- Employee appointment, evaluation, dismissal pursuant to Government Code Section 54957, City Staff: closed at 6:39 pm ,opened back at 6:59 pm. No action taken.

Consent Agenda - Mrs. Wallace made a motion to combine A&B and to approve. Mr. Baldwin seconded. Motion was passed unanimously.
