REGULAR MEETING AT CITY HALL

Business of the Audience: None
1. Approval of Agenda: Mrs. Wallace made a motion to approve the Agenda. Mr. Baldwin seconded. Motion was passed unanimously.
2.Sheriff’s Report: Gary Pannell was present gave stats for February.
3. Citizen complaint: Jeff Yeager: None
4. Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Dorris, Dorris Animal Control and the Siskiyou county Department of Agriculture for the trapping of other animals not domestic animals: Mr. Baldwin made a motion to approve Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Dorris, Dorris Animal Control and the Siskiyou county Department of Agriculture for the trapping of other animals not domestic animals for a six month trial. Mr. Craddock seconded. Motion was passed unanimously.
5.Approval to purchase of supplies for public works for $6,080.75: Mr. Craddock made a motion to table.
Mr. Baldwin seconded. Motion was passed unanimously.
6.A Closed Session- Employee appointment, evaluation, dismissal pursuant to Government Code Section 54957, City Staff.: Opened at 6:20 pm, closed at 6:50 pm. Reporting termination of employee.
7. Admin & Staff- Council Reports
a. Update on 225 North Juniper St.: DA has filed a case on one of the foreclosures b. Public Works: Casey is leaving the City, need to start taking applications c. Discussion Carl Andreatta APN 051-032-280-000 property up for sale. Up for auction in May 2022.
Consent Agenda – Mr. Baldwin made a motion to combine A & B and to approve. Mrs. Wallace seconded. Motion was passed unanimously.
