SPECIAL MEETING AT DORRIS CITY HALL

Roll Call: Stan Cortez, Donald Clontz. Barbara Murray, Abner Weed, Dawn Wallace Business of the Audience: Rebecca Broomell,Carrie Criss Chris Baldwin, Rennie Cleland,Anna Felder, Brett Mobbly, spoke on behalf of Melissa High
1. Approval of Agenda: Mr. Clontz made a motion to approve the Agenda. Mr. Cortez seconded.
Motion was passed unanimously.
1. Closed Session- Employee appointment, evaluation, dismissal pursuant to (Gov. Code 54957), 1 person, City Administrator. Opened closed session at 5:51pm, The Coucil decided to separate City Administrator from employment from the City, Carol Mckay will continue to fill in until hiring of a new Cidy Administrator.
