1. Approval of Agenda: Mr. Baldwin made a motion to approve the Agenda. Mr. Clontz seconded.
Motion was passed unnaimoulsiy.
1. Accept Bid From Maggiora Bros. Drilling Inc. for the Back Up Well and Appurtenances in the Amount of $833,100: Mr. Baldwin made a motion to approve and accept Bid From Maggiora Bros. Drilling Inc. for the Back Up Well and Appurtenances in the Amount of $833, 100. Mr. Clontz seconded. Motion was passed unanimously.
