SPECIAL MEETING AT CITY HALL
THURSDAY, JULY 27, 2023 AT 6:00 PM
Call to order: Mayor Pro Tem Stann Cortez brought the meeting to orde3r Flag Salute: Done
Roll Call: Stann Cortez, Donald Clontz and Robert Baldwin Present Dawn Wallace and Abner Weed-Absent
Business of the Audience: This is the time set aside for citizens to address the council on matters not on the agenda or that are on the consent agenda. Comments should be limited to matter within the jurisdiction of the Council. If your comments concerns and Item shown on the agenda please address, the Council after that item is open for public statement. By lmv, the Council cannot take action on matters that are not on the agenda. The Mayor reserves the tight to limit the duration of each speaker to three (3) minutes. Speakers may not cede their time. No Business of the Audience.
1. Approval of Agenda - Mr. Baldwin motioned to approve the agenda, second by Mr. Clontz.
Motion passed unanimously.
2. Closed Session-Employee appointment, evaluation, dismissal pursuant to (Gov. Code 54957) City Administrator. Went into closed session at 6:33 p.m. Open Session started at 7:01 with a motion from Mr. Clontz to bire Joanna Wynant as City Administrator and Mr. Baldwin seconded, motion passed unanimously.
3. Review/Accept bids on the Library Painting Project. (Discussion/Action). Mr. Baldwin made motion to accept low bid of $8475.00 f
rom Mr. Vanderpol Painting with Mr. Clontz seconding
the motion. Motion passed unanimously.
